ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

An ALTA/NSPS survey provides a standardized, lender-approved map of boundary lines, improvements, easements, encroachments, and encumbrances.

We begin with your title commitment, reviewing Schedule A, Schedule B, and related title exceptions. We show all applicable rights-of-way, utility easements, and drainage easements directly on the survey.

Lenders may also require specific Table A Items, such as a zoning report, flood hazard zone data, or an Elevation Certificate. We include a full certification statement addressed to all intended users.
